This old school trick is pretty spectacular.
Hit a nail against clear acrylic while its charged with electricity (rubbing a piece of carpet actually creates enough), and you’ll get this beautiful branch of electric charge.
You can then view the imprint it makes by blowing toner over the plastic (this is actually how photocopiers work!). Watch the vid - so pretty!
